The terms
The Dearly Promise: a full refund within 90 days of delivery, and your family keeps the film. To ask for it, reply to any Dearly email. You never have to try a remake first, and you keep everything we made.
Remakes are included. If someone records a message after delivery, the organizer can ask for a new version at no extra cost.
